The University of Texas-Pan American is in the middle of one of the fastest growing areas in the nation—the southern tip of Texas known as the Rio Grande Valley. The 240 acre campus features many monolithic, angular buildings reminiscent of the renowned architect Louis Kahn. It was these features that drove the aesthetic for the graphics wayfinding system.
