An extensive site, architectural and circulation analysis—including both visitor and staff surveys—and all applicable conclusions and recommendations were documented in the form of an extensive Master Plan which is being implemented in phases throughout.

Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova’s flagship hospital, is an 833-bed, nationally recognized regional medical center serving the Washington, D.C., metro area. Inova Fairfax faced substantial challenges in both architectural massing and information nomenclature.
