About This Project

Extensive analysis of user group interaction, faculty/staff and visitor surveys and observation led to substantial changes in nomenclature, circulation and design standards. All programming and design standards were documented into a Master Plan format for immediate implementation in a new patient tower—to follow throughout the existing facilities. Exterior site signs were developed to match the Medstar company branding while interior signs for both the new patient tower aesthetic and existing facility were developed.
